Dear developer community! I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. Did I post to the wrong list? Do my posts not get through? Am I simply to impatient? (Am I not polite enough?) Was the subject not focused or is the topic simply not of interrest? As I like the OTRS system a lot, but need some additions to be fully usable for my context, I need your valuable recommendations of how to proceed. It would be simple enough for me to fork off my local branch, but since I am a strong believer in open source principles, I would like also to give back my additions. Not at least of course to keep in sync with the additions of other submissions to the source. Please don't get me wrong, I know that all you developers are in a constant busy state, and that it is very hard to keep track on every post. But a simple answer that will tell me if I am on the right track (yes your submission sounds interresting, will consider for inserting in the source tree/ no sorry this is not general, interresting, enough ..whatever.. ) would do it for me.
