Do you have another idea about this problem? I fear not, sorry. I *believe* I have seen this message already in conjunction with a crypto config I tried to get to work. And I *believe* it was due to missing dependencies. Do you have the mail certificate and the certificate of the trusted authority installed correctly in your setup?
Yes, I have the mail certificate and the trusted chain authority correctly installed in the setup. I really would like to understand the message "Need Hash". What does it means this hash? The private key hash? The message hash? I mean that this does really NOT work: OTRS can not open a ticket when a encrypted mail is sent to a queue on OTRS. Thanks Leo.
