[dev] need to make some modifications

Hello, I am using OTRS and I need to make some modifications to how the Agent page looks like. When a ticket is zoomed, I need to add an other link on the toolbar that contains : Lock - Priority - History - Owner - Note - Customer - Free Fields - Link - Print - Pending - Close the link should be to a ceratin webpage in this format : http://host/index.pl?TicketID=$ticketid I am somehow a perl newbie, I searched trough the scripts but couldn't find anything relevant.
