Another question. Is it possible to define Link as external URL, not 
as OTRS action param?
like this:

   $Self->{'Frontend::Module'}->{'TOP10'} = {

       NavBarName => 'TOP10',
       NavBar => [
         {
           Description => 'TOP10 Scoreboard',
           Name => 'TOP10',
