Oops, I know i forgot something - I will add the history function shortly. I think that the owner of the ticket should be able to edit any article in it. (Actually i needed it after creating several really anoying misspellings. and i needed to convert a "note" article into an "email" one) The ability to edit could be controlled by permissions.
Ok. That would be fine (e. g. just admins are able to edit articles). PS: We are working on the OTRS code modules docu (http://dev.otrs.org/).
I hope that i will be able to contribute more to this project.
