Hello all, I have a question about ITSM. I am not sure, and have found no documentation, about how to define the configuration options. I have installed the software properly. I looked in the admin log to see what went wrong and found: Invalid Definition! You have an syntax error in the definition. Can you help me to realize what I did not R in TFM? Thanks, Shawn
