[dev] Change Name to Email in FROM field in TicketZoom

Hi, In FROM field in Article Overview we can see Name of person who creates this article. If we point our mouse to this Name then Email address appear in pop-up field. I want to change value of Name field to see Email address always by default. How can I do this? Thank you.
