Hi everyone,<br><br>I&#39;m having a problem trying to update ticket title via RPC. After TicketTitleUpdate is done, it is updated in the database but when i reload the Queue view in the agent frontend it&#39;s still the old ticket title the one that appears. żAny suggest or idea?
