[dev] How to change CustomerID under AgentQueueView

      Hi!

I like to add some information to the TicketView.DTL, but I don't know 
where to define them.

Could you please tell me, where (for example) the

$DATA{"CustomerID"}

is set (it is used in the TicketView.DTL). It would help me to get a 
better understanding of the whole otrs system and of perl.
