Since we have sometimes long cases with a lot of emails in one ticket, we would like to suggest to add in AgentQueueView the number of articles of a ticket on the right hand side near "status". This would make it much easier to find these tickets. Has anybody done this already?
No. I see a performance issue because OTRS needs to lookup the number of articles of every ticket. So this will take time in large installations. :-/ Anyway, thanks for sharing ideas! :-)
