I downloaded from another database to MySql some fields related with our customers as "Building". I want to use this information in my stats but I can not get this field. Any idea about how to get this field information in our stats? We are looking for the number of tickets by Building (We need to know hoy many tickets are coming from the different buildings)
Sorry, there is no possibility to use the 'Building'data of users form scratch in a dynamic ticket stats. Our preferred solution is to write a event module (http://doc.otrs.org/developer/2.3/en/html/x543.html#ticket-module-event) which generates an entry in a Freetextfield with the name of the affected Building. And Freetextfields are usable in the stats generator. Otherwise you can implement a static stats (http://doc.otrs.org/developer/2.3/en/html/x499.html#static-stats). I hope this helps.
