Is it possible to ask a quick question, how do I find the $QueueID in OTRS, I cannot seem to find it anywhere, other then the ticket table, but it isn’t working for what I need,
I need to sort emails based on the domain, which I am doing by using postmaster filtering, but am trying to filter them into a queue, I can only put it into parent queue, not their sub queues, it says invalid Found no $QueueID for 5!, (I pulled the 5 from the queue_id field in the tickets table).
You need to address it like Queue::SubQueue or Queue::SubQueue::SubSubQueue. Then it's working. :) -Martin ((otrs)) :: OTRS GmbH :: Europaring 4 :: D - 94315 Straubing Fon: +49 (0) 9421 1862 760 :: Fax: +49 (0) 9421 1862 769 http://www.otrs.com/ :: Communication with success!
