It means that you are missing dependencies. Check if you have installed all the perl modules mentioned in the INSTALL file - I think it might be something like Digest::MD5 or Crypt::PasswdMD5.
All the dependencies are installed.
Do you have another idea about this problem?
My otrs´s version is 2.1.3. Yesterday I installed the version 2.1.6 and the same error also occurs in this version. Do you think maybe is a bug? Have anyone configured this before? This feature is very important for our bussiness because we work with digital certification. Thanks Leo.
