Hi Hans, use SOAP. .-) a) An OTRS-Soap-handle can be reached unter http://host/otrs/rpc.pl. b) An example client is located unter scripts/rpc-examlple.pl (in Perl). c) SOAP User and Password (for connection) can be defind in SysConfig -> Framework.
