There are improved LDAP module in the CVS head.
New: * added config option for ldap filter used in each query * added config option for Net::LDAP params
(for more see Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm)

Is this ldap module can be used with OTRS 1.2.2 ? Could you add this feature to your TODO ? (I can post a bug if you want in the bugs.otrs.org) * Permit to have several groups not just one. So User will be authenticated only if he is member of one of theirs group.
