Hi!!
I'm trying to integrate Nagios and OTRS, so that if something changes or happens in nagios monitored hosts or services, an email is sent to OTRS and a ticket is open (or a note is addes or a ticket is closed).
I'm following a post of your web, dated at 2005, where there were 2 scritps (
otrs_ticket_handler.pl and NagiosGenericAgnet.pl) but I'm not able to make it work.
Possibly is it because is old?? Anything to change in the sricpts if using nagios 3 and otrs 3??
