Any idea about how can I implement this?<br><br>Should I use the Link Object? If yes, How can I do this?<br><br>I also think about using the FAQ Item free keys and values. I can put the service ID on Free key 1 of a FAQ Item and  them write some code to get it back when necessary.<br>

You mean in the ticket create screen, after selecting an service you want an additional FAQ link to find all (or one) FAQ item which is linked to this service?<br>
