In the customer interface you CAN use free text (or the new 3.1
Dynamic Fields ) in two places:
* in the New Ticket screen
* in the Ticket Zoom
Right now you can NOT add dynamic fields to the Reply function, where
customers can create follow ups; there is simply no code in OTRS to
support this right now. That said, it would not be TOO difficult to do
that and it would look like something that would make sense, i.e. it
is not very strange that you would like to use this functionality;
We could do this for you *right now* on a commercial basis, or you
could add this yourself if you feel you're up to the task. And of
course, we would be happy to accept patches :D

Hi all the community and thanks for your help,
I'm breaking my head trying to show some freetextfields in the customer zoom view to answer to agents.
I've read in forums that it's not possible to add fields to input new data, but just to read data. Is that true?
Is there any way to put new fields in the customer zoom view and add this new data within the old ticket data? If it's not possible, either with development, which is the reason for that?
