Hello, don't bother answering this, already fond the answer :D for others who have the same problem here is the sollution : edit the file : Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/TicketView.dtl and at the beginning of the file after the lines : $Text{"Priority"}</a> - $Text{"History"}</a> - $Text{"Note"}</a> - $Text{"Close"}</a> you can add your own <a href="link">new link</a> Now I have one more question : what do I have to modify to make this new link available only on some Queue not all of them ? is this possible ?
