Most mailing lists prefer when replying that you: - reply to the individual message (this means that mail readers and list archives can properly thread messages). - let the email program include either the original subject or if viewing a digest, cut and paste the specific item's subject that you are responding to. - remove all irrelevant text from your reply. Some suggest quoting around 4 relevant lines to assist the reader in seeing the context of your reply. - Append your queries / comments at the end of what you are replying to. By the way you might find it easier to track your issue to set the mailing list as individual messages, rather than the digest, and using a threaded mail reader (eg thunderbird). This combination keeps both your and others responses in a single place ;-) Unfortunately, I have no experience with your issue, so can't help you there. David.
