Thanks, Kai, for your response. Can this be done after the ticket is created? *From:* dev-bounces@otrs.org [mailto:dev-bounces@otrs.org] *On Behalf Of *Kai Uwe Klein *Sent:* Tuesday, December 17, 2013 10:36 AM *To:* Development community of OTRS *Cc:* dev *Subject:* [dev] Antwort: How to assign Process to Ticket You can set the DynamicFields which are used by the PM-Module to set Process ID and Activity ID. I've done this allready through a PostmasterFilter and it worked well. However, I am not able to figure out how to assign a process to the created/linked ticket. I would like to assign a certain process ID to that ticket so it can be controlled through Process Management. I tried the Process items in the API and they broke my program for some reason. Any ideas would be appreciated.
