what's the status of the wrapping issue? I see that bug #526 is still
open with no reply to last message from Robert L Mathews. I also see a
wrap.patch file inside the OTRS directory: why hasn't it been merged
into the codebase?
Am I supposed to run that wrap.patch against my newly upgraded system to
get correct wrapping behaviour?
