Thank guys. I was getting messages in root@localhost. But now there is nothing so my assumption is that authentication
is correct but the are 17 emails in the account but they have been downloaded into OTRS. No sign of errors though. How do
I check the mail queue coming into OTRS or any logs that can help.

which allows to define the port as well as to use SSL. The only drawback
is that it needs some additional perl modules to be installed. You find
