hello dirk,
Currently I'm developing something that I've named "Standard Ticket" for the Phoneview. It's working in the same manner as your template idea. I hope, that I can finish my work in the next two weeks. Then I will make my changes and addons public in the hope, that they will be commited to the CVS-head.
