Yeah well, some users here have a different opinion :-) And since I'm responsible for OTRS, I'll need to "fix" some of this stuff. I tend to think that things that are often used should be to the left, easily accessible; whereas functions not-so-frequently used can be tucked away to the right.
PS: OTRS 2.0 (current cvs head) comes with a new feature. Module registration.
