I searched all the web to get a solutions for this problem but I didn't found one. Even the mailing list doesn't have one. So support crew get more flexibel (other are more flexibel at the moment).
Greetings, although I'm not a member of the OTRS team I'd like to point out a few things: 1) OTRS.de is not supposed to give any support, as this is free software. The large majority of open source software available on the Internet is totally unsupported: use it as it is and be kind with the authors if you want to use things free. 2) Any skilled programmer is able to help you, and I'm sure that posting on the right mailing list you'll find someone to hire for your purposes. 3) If this software doesn't work for you, learn how to fix it yourself or choose another product. 4) If your problem is upgrading libdbd_mysql-perl, just downgrade it. 5) Installing Perl modules with perl -MCPAN -e shell is often a more reliable solution than using apt-get. 6) The problem is probably unrelated to OTRS itself but I think it depends on your system/Perl/libdbd package/whatever. 7) Asking things in the appropriate mailing list (otrs@otrs.org) is a better idea in order to get support from the community. Kind regards, - alessandro ranellucci.
