[dev] New crypted database passwords in CVS

      Hi,

JFI.

The current cvs version supports crypted database passwords
for Kernel/Config.pm.

Just use "bin/CryptPassword.pl NEWPW" to get the crypted 
password and use it in Kernel/Config.pm -> DatabasePw.
