That sounds good, but do you've seen my patches for a different background in the AgentMailboxView (05.03.04) and the extension for the LiteQueueView (12.02.04)? I'm a little bit surprised that there is no response. I think In Februrary/March all developers had many jobs while releasing OTRS 1.2. But it would be nice to hear any comment now ... CU Dirk
