[dev] Was hard wrapping improved?

On April 23rd Robert L. Mathews submitted an excellent patch for hard wrapping: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/dev/2004-April/000505.html I've been running it flawlessly since then. Was it checked in the CVS codebase? I think it would be nice to have it shipped with OTRS 1.3. - Alessandro
