Hi, I am trying to integrate Nagios and OTRS 2.3.3. I got two documents for integration but something is missing from them and I am unablt confiure integration. I am stuck with NagiosGenericAgent.pl 2) Nagioskonferenz_2008_en.pdf This seems to be very simple but I am unable to understand "Kernel/Config/NagiosCheck.pm".
