
Hi, i think it should be easy to implement a ticket-search module: 1. click module 2. widget with input line opens 3. enter either numerical or email 4. do sql search in tickets... kind regards Cornelius Peter van Beugen schrieb:

Incoming calls about existing tickets could quick and easy be searched.
Numeric = ticketnumber search
Email address = search on “from” email address
