Could you add this feature to your TODO ? (I can post a bug if you want in the bugs.otrs.org) * Permit to have several groups not just one. So User will be authenticated only if he is member of one of theirs group.
I added it to the TODO lsit (not scheduled yet - nobody is working on it yet).
