[dev] bugs in Time->WorkingTime function

I've fixed some bugs in Time->WorkingTime function: 1. Do not count time when a ticked is created out of Working Time 2. Counts less time when more than one day calcs are involved Although my experience with Perl is very low (less than one month) I can post them if somebody is interested and can forgive my lack of Perl experience.
