[dev] [PATCH] More german translation fixes

The attached patch (against OTRS CVS 2003-03-12) fixes some typos and adds another bunch of changes to "Kernel/Language/de.pm". The intent of these changes is to make the german language frontend more consistent. Friedrich (See attached file: otrs-20030312.diff)
