Thanks for the help I have manage to remove the language block by going onto the Login window source code (Login.dtl) and commented all the Language block. Sorry for the miss understanding. I want to be left with the Login option and the change password option only. I do not want the language option at all.
I don't know if it's possible to achieve that in the config, I use a custom login page with no language select. See docs @ otrs.org for that.
