Our users have complained that there is no way to know which
ticket a survey belongs to. We are currently sending survey requests for every
ticket that is closed. If a user has multiple tickets in the system, it
becomes difficult for them to know which ticket a survey link belongs to. Is
there a way to add some identifying information to the email that is sent with
the survey link?
