Hi Rocco,
AFAIR in OTRS 3.0 ticket zoom shows all the Free fields that are set to a particular ticket, there is no config option to show or hide them (in 3.0)

Hi guys, I can not remember how to display a freetext field in the ticket zoom in the right pane (Ticket Information) (OTRS 3.0.10)
