Hi All! I have to modify the subject field of the outgoing emails when answering to a ticket so, that it should not contain the ticket ID. (I want to put the ticket ID into the message body only) I think I've already checked through the whole config reference list, and just could not find a relevant option. I even tried to simply delete the ticket ID on the GUI while composing the anwer, but OTRS writes back this information during sending. Do you have any idea on this? If modifying the code is the only solution, can somebody help me, where and what should be chenged? (I already tried to search through the perl modules, but I id not find the relevant part) Thanks a lot in advance! Cheers, Gabor
