can i send two messages when i create a ticket?

hi. its possible with otrs send two messages simultaneusly when i create a ticket? The idea is this: i receive by phone call a service's request. So i create a ticket to the request. When the ticket is created, i need send two mails simultaneusly; one to the support agent with the client information (phone number, address, etc,) and other to the client with the agent assigned and the information related with the service (name of assigned agent, tentative hour of visit, etc). How can i do that? Thanks in advance.
