
Hi, I am not receiving agent notifications when a new ticket is entered via the web interface. Proper notification is sent out when tickets are entered strictly via email. Any ideas as to why it works only part of the time? Thanks, Jennifer Valdez

Its a bug in the current version of OTRS, but we'll fix this problem for the next OTRS release.
