Hi OTRS-Developers, I think the Sysconfig-WebGUI since OTRS v2 is really a good direction for future OTRS-configuration. You can download the configuration e.g. * for updating OTRS * to see which settings where made apart from the default setting Because of all the growing configuration possibilities of OTRS, the following feature requests seem helpful for me: * feature to see -all- none-default settings within Sysconfig rather than having to do the configuration download * a description field that can be used on every parameter-change for describing the reasons for that change - otherwise the made configuration-changes are not clear or must be documented outside of OTRS.
