Hello dev, I am using OTRS v1.3.x CVS. While searching by CustomerID I get the following error: "Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /data/otrs-goldsupp/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 925. For help, please send mail to the webmaster , giving this error message and the time and date of the error. " Any ideas ? Cheers, Daniel ---- This message has been scanned by BitDefender and found to be clean.

Did you really an update of any files? In the current Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm is in line 925 no HASH reference used. Please check it with "cvs -nq upd -d" (just show the files different from cvs, no update will be done. remove -nq for update).
