Hi to all, I was wondering if there is anything new in OTRS concerning MAPI support or a workaround by means of a third-party module at least? Due to internal restrictions, we are only able to use MAPI. As we would like to use OTRS, this is a real problem. There is no news about this. If you find an third-party module who can fetch emails to your local OTRS, then you can pipe it through bin/PostMaster.pl. A other way would also be to handle it over a sub domain which gets directly delivered to your OTRS system... PS: I have heard about many other OTRS installations at T-Systems. So there should be a way for you... ;)
