Hello, I can't seem to find a simple explanation of the Postmaster X headers. I have an external company that sends responses back to me with the format of the subject as: [Customer ID: ################ ] I think I could do a postmaster prefilter module but it is not clear how to set this to the ## pattern to be the ticket number. I used a /d-16 times to match the format but then what do I do to make that the ticket #? Do I use the 16 ticketkeys? If so how do I reference each one in the pattern in the correct order? Thanks, Jim
