Hi, I'm trying to implement a dynamic modification of some fields into a template by using the <dtl if> syntax but no success at the moment. Under AgentTicketCompose.dtl, I would like to customise the value of the Bcc field depending on the queue on which the ticket is located : <td class="contentvalue"> but this is not working at the moment.
