
Hi, If I hover the mouse over the munu, a character appears in the tooltip after the menu name. See attached image. Is it a shortcut or what? How can I use it? Is it nessesary in 4.x or just a legacy feature from 3.x? Regards, Balázs

They are actual keyboard shortcuts. Unfortunately, how you use them differs per browser and OS. See this page for an explanation: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Access_key#Access_in_different_browsers If you do not like the shortcut information appearing in the UI you can remove it by editing the menu entries in SysConfig. -- Michiel

Thanks, it works! Almost... Ubuntu + Firefox: Alt + Shift + shortcut Queue view: Alt + Shift + q (WORKS) Status view: Alt + Shift + s (NOT WORKING, because of uppercase 'S'?) Escalation view: Alt + Shift + w (WORKS) Regards, Balázs
