It means that you are missing dependencies. Check if you have installed all the perl modules mentioned in the INSTALL file - I think it might be something like Digest::MD5 or Crypt::PasswdMD5. -- Denis Jedig syneticon networks GbR http://syneticon.net/service/

All the dependencies are installed. Do you have another idea about this problem? Thanks Leonardo.

Hm, ok.

I fear not, sorry. I *believe* I have seen this message already in conjunction with a crypto config I tried to get to work. And I *believe* it was due to missing dependencies. Do you have the mail certificate and the certificate of the trusted authority installed correctly in your setup? -- Denis Jedig syneticon networks GbR http://syneticon.net/service/

Yes, I have the mail certificate and the trusted chain authority correctly installed in the setup. I really would like to understand the message "Need Hash". What does it means this hash? The private key hash? The message hash? Thanks Leo.

Yes, I have the mail certificate and the trusted chain authority correctly installed in the setup. I really would like to understand the message "Need Hash". What does it means this hash? The private key hash? The message hash? I mean that this does really NOT work: OTRS can not open a ticket when a encrypted mail is sent to a queue on OTRS. Thanks Leo.

My otrs´s version is 2.1.3. Yesterday I installed the version 2.1.6 and the same error also occurs in this version. Do you think maybe is a bug? Have anyone configured this before? This feature is very important for our bussiness because we work with digital certification. Thanks Leo.
