I fear not, sorry. I *believe* I have seen this message already in conjunction with a crypto config I tried to get to work. And I *believe* it was due to missing dependencies. My otrs´s version is 2.1.3. Yesterday I installed the version 2.1.6 and the same error also occurs in this version. Do you think maybe is a bug? Have anyone configured this before? This feature is very important for our bussiness because we work with digital certification. Thanks Leo.
