Hello friends. How can I create agents, roles and / or queues through REST (or something similar) ?. The company I work with has 20 agents stored in a database and I want to create a script to create them directly in OTRS. Best regards, Pepo.

If a command line interface works for you, you can use `otrs.Console.pl Admin::User::Add` to create an agent. Cheers, Moritz
