Hi Martin, Only one word : perfect :) Thanks a lot for your quick and clear reply, I've just modified my own theme template file AgentTicketSearchResultShort.dtl replacing : $Data{"StartFont"}$QData{"Age"}$Data{"StopFont"} </td> by : $Data{"StartFont"}$QData{"Created"}$Data{"StopFont"} </td> and it works like a charm :) For those who could be interested by this modification, you can also change the header line replacing : <th width="15%">$Text{"Age"}<br> by : <th width="15%">$Text{"Created"}<br> Thanks again for your support Martin and have a nice week end.
