Yes. We currently writing a developer manual. The book isn't finished yet but the section about package building are already there, see chapter 14. May I ask what package you try to build?
Additional custom statistics and reports... :-) they are written in PHP and I'm planing to rewrite them in perl/opm package now. Best regards, --alexm
